Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and LWK Trading, LLC ("LWK Trading," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of LWK Store at lwkstore.com (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for all activity and purchases on your account.

LWK Store is an independent online marketplace through which users purchase virtual in-game items for the KVGD experience on the Roblox platform, along with curated item bundles and LWK Coins. Items are delivered by hand by our staff through our official Discord server. LWK Trading, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Roblox Corporation or the developers of KVGD, and nothing on the Service should be read as suggesting any such relationship. Your use of Roblox and Discord is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

You must register an account with a valid email address to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing promotions, referral commissions, giveaways, or spending discounts. Notify us immediately at support@lwkstore.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as described in Section 16.

We send two kinds of email to account holders. Service messages — email verification, order confirmations, coin receipts, security notices about a change to your password or email address, replies from support, and notices that these Terms or our Privacy Policy have changed — are part of providing the Service. They are sent to the address on your account and cannot be opted out of while the account remains open.

We also reserve the right to send promotional email to registered users, including offers, sales, new item and bundle announcements, giveaways, and other marketing about LWK Store. Every promotional email contains an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking it; you may also ask to be removed by emailing support@lwkstore.com from the address on your account. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly, applies to promotional email only, and has no effect on your account, your LWK Coin balance, or any purchase you have made. It does not stop the service messages described above. How we handle your address and your marketing preference is set out in our Privacy Policy.

LWK Coins are a virtual currency issued by LWK Trading for use solely within the Service. LWK Coins have no real-world cash value. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value or prepaid instrument, and not property. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, and they may not be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred to any other person or account, whether inside or outside the Service. You hold a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use LWK Coins within the Service, and nothing more. Purchases of LWK Coins are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 10 or as required by applicable law. Coins do not expire while your account remains in good standing. We may adjust coin pricing, item pricing, and the value of coins relative to items at any time, and we may modify or discontinue the coin system with reasonable notice.

Card payments for LWK Coins are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Marketplace items and bundles are purchased with LWK Coins, and some listings may also display a Robux price. All prices are stated in the applicable unit and are calculated by our servers at the moment of purchase — a price shown in your browser is confirmed server-side before any charge is made, and the server's calculation governs. We may change prices, place items on sale, or correct pricing errors at any time without notice; a price change never applies retroactively to an order already placed. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the law of your jurisdiction.

Orders that include a qualifying amount of individual marketplace items receive an automatic volume discount: 5% when the items subtotal reaches 5,000 LWK Coins, and 10% when it reaches 10,000 LWK Coins. The discount is calculated on the marketplace items portion of your order only. Bundles are already discounted sets, so bundle spending is charged in full, is excluded from the discount, and does not count toward the 5,000 or 10,000 coin threshold. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout by our servers, are calculated per order, and do not accumulate across orders. We may change or withdraw these tiers at any time; the tiers in effect when your order is placed are the ones applied to it.

Items are delivered manually through our official Discord server. You must be a member of that server, and must provide an accurate Discord username and Roblox username, before your order can be processed; orders are checked against our Discord server at checkout and will be declined if you are not a member. We aim to fulfill orders within 24 hours, but delivery times vary with demand and staff availability. Providing an incorrect username, leaving the Discord server, disabling direct messages, or failing to respond to our staff may delay or prevent delivery, and we are not responsible for non-delivery caused by any of these. If your order has not been fulfilled within 48 hours and you have had no contact from a representative, contact support@lwkstore.com.

Bundles are fixed sets of items sold at a set price. Because a bundle is already priced as a discounted set, bundles are charged in full and are not eligible for volume discounts, and bundle contents cannot be substituted, split, or partially delivered. The composition and price of a bundle may change at any time; changes never affect a bundle already purchased.

Purchases of LWK Coins are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your balance. Marketplace and bundle orders are final once the items have been delivered. Before delivery, an order may be cancelled by our staff, in which case the LWK Coins charged for that order are returned to your balance in full; a refund of coins to your balance is not a refund of money. Refunds of money are issued at our discretion and only in cases of verified non-delivery, duplicate charge, or service failure, and are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

The LWK Value List presents trade values, tier classifications, price histories, and related analysis, both there and through the Trade Calculator (collectively, the "LWK Value Data"). The LWK Value Data is compiled, curated, and maintained by LWK Trading, LLC, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of its contents is protected by copyright. While you hold an account and are complying with these Terms, LWK Trading, LLC grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view and use the LWK Value Data for your own personal, non-commercial trading decisions. Commercial use — including incorporating it into a product or service you offer to others, or using it for paid or ad-supported valuation services — requires our prior written permission, which you may request at support@lwkstore.com. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, or otherwise systematically extract, download, or copy a substantial part of the LWK Value Data, whether by manual or automated means, and whether in a single act or through repeated acts that together amount to systematic extraction. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise make a substantial portion of it available to the public or to any third party, including by posting it to a website, Discord server, spreadsheet, bot, forum, or social media channel. Referring to an individual value in the ordinary course of trading is not a breach of this Section; substantial or systematic redistribution is. You also may not share, sell, or lend your account credentials.

You may not use the LWK Value Data, in whole or in substantial part, to create, populate, train, maintain, verify, or benchmark any value list, price guide, database, dataset, model, application, bot, or service that competes with the LWK Value List or the Trade Calculator. Nothing in this Section prohibits a user from independently creating a value list using public information, independently collected market data, or the user's own analysis, provided that the user does not access, copy, extract, rely upon, or use LWK Value Data in violation of these Terms.

Automated access to the Value List is prohibited. You may access it through the ordinary user interface of the Service, in a standard web browser, operated by you personally. Bots, scripts, headless browsers, scrapers, extraction extensions, and unofficial API clients are not permitted, and you may not bypass or interfere with rate limits, bot protection, authentication, or any other measure controlling access to it.

We keep access logs for the Value List and the Trade Calculator — including account identifiers, timestamps, IP addresses, and user-agent strings — and review usage patterns for indications of unauthorized extraction, automated access, and account sharing. What we log, why, and how long we keep it are described in our Privacy Policy.

If we reasonably believe you have breached this Section, we may suspend or terminate your access to the LWK Value Data and your account, without refund of amounts already paid except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may also pursue the remedies available to us under applicable law. Nothing in this Section decides any claim; disputes are handled under Section 20.

The LWK Value Data is our good-faith estimate of in-game trade values at a point in time. It is informational only, is not financial or trading advice, and is not a guarantee that any item can be bought, sold, or traded at a stated value. Values change frequently and may be inaccurate or out of date; you rely on them at your own risk, and Sections 17 and 18 apply to any loss arising from that reliance. Your obligations under this Section continue after your account ends, for so long as the LWK Value Data in question remains nonpublic.

Any account holder may take part in our two-tier referral program. You earn a commission of 7.5% of the LWK Coins purchased by users you refer directly (tier one), and 2.5% of the coins purchased by users those people go on to refer (tier two). Commissions accrue in LWK Coins to an unclaimed balance and are credited to your coin balance when you claim them. Referral relationships are valid for one calendar year from the date the referral is recorded, after which no further commission accrues on that relationship. Your referral code is chosen once and cannot be changed. Self-referral, referring accounts you control, and any scheme to generate commissions on purchases that are later reversed are prohibited and will result in forfeiture. We may modify commission rates, eligibility, and program terms, and may suspend or terminate the program or any participant's involvement in it, at any time. Commissions earned in connection with a violation of these Terms may be withheld or reversed.

Promotional codes award LWK Coins and are subject to their own validity period, usage limits, and eligibility rules. Each code may be redeemed once per account. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or invalidated at any time, including where a code has been obtained or shared in a manner we did not intend. Giveaways are run at our discretion; winners are selected and announced by us, and prizes are awarded as LWK Coins or items and carry no cash alternative.

You agree not to: initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting us in good faith to resolve the issue; commit or attempt payment fraud, including using a payment method you are not authorized to use; exploit, or fail to report, any bug, pricing error, or defect in the Service, including any error in coin balances, discounts, sale prices, or order processing; use bots, scripts, scrapers, automation, or any means of circumventing our bot protection or rate limits to access the Service, place orders, redeem promotions, or enter giveaways; create or operate multiple accounts to obtain discounts, referral commissions, promotional codes, or giveaway entries you would not otherwise receive; buy, sell, or transfer accounts or LWK Coins outside the Service; resell items purchased through the Service commercially without our prior written authorisation; harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users, whether on the Service or in our Discord server; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the Service. Balances or items obtained through prohibited conduct may be reversed or removed without compensation.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@lwkstore.com and we will investigate. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us — particularly for items or coins you have already received — is a breach of these Terms. When a chargeback is filed we may immediately suspend the account, deduct the disputed coins from the balance (including to a negative balance), revoke items or benefits obtained with them, and decline future business. We may contest chargebacks by supplying the payment processor with the account, order, and delivery records evidencing the transaction. Accounts may be reinstated at our discretion once a disputed balance has been settled.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and withdraw access to all or part of the Service, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or chargeback abuse, or exposed us or our users to legal or financial risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why. On termination for breach, any remaining LWK Coin balance, unclaimed referral commissions, and promotional awards are forfeited without refund or compensation, reflecting that LWK Coins have no cash value. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@lwkstore.com; closing your account likewise forfeits any remaining balance. Sections concerning coins, prohibited conduct, chargebacks, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any item, feature, or benefit will remain available. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of Roblox, Discord, or any other third-party platform on which delivery or communication depends. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWK Trading, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, virtual items, or LWK Coins, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the total amount of money you paid to LWK Trading, LLC in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LWK Trading, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party, or any content or information you submit through the Service.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@lwkstore.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and LWK Trading, LLC agree that it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Any claim must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your place of residence.

We may revise these Terms as the Service evolves or as the law requires. When we do, we will raise the version number and update the effective date shown at the top of this page, and we will give more prominent notice of material changes — such as changes to pricing, coin policy, or your legal rights — before they take effect. Changes are not retroactive and do not affect an order already placed. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Service and may close your account.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LWK Trading, LLC concerning the Service, and supersede any earlier agreement on the same subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
